| Q. | How do I sign up for the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter? |
| A. | Players who sign up for a PlayOnline Account are automatically sent the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter to their Member Information E-mail. Even if you are no longer pay for an active FINAL FANTASY XI Account, you still can receive the Newsletter. |
| Q. | I still am not receiving the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter. |
| A. | Are you checking the e-mails sent to the address listed in your Member Information? If you no longer use that e-mail address, updating that address to your current one should allow you to receive future newsletters. |
| Q. | How do I change my e-mail address? |
| A. | The e-mail address that receives FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletters is listed in your Member Information section when you registered your PlayOnline account. While logged into PlayOnline, simply go to Service & Support, then Membership. Your Membership Information should now be displayed. Check the e-mail address listed. If this isn’t the e-mail address you wish to have receive the FINAL FANTASY XI newsletter simply choose the category: Update Member Information, and change to your desired e-mail address.
There is a limit of once per day on changing the mail address in PlayOnline Mail. If there is an issue where the mail address cannot be changed, please have the account owner contact the Information Center. |
| Q. | I updated my e-mail address and I’m still not receiving the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter. |
| A. | It’s possible the e-mail address you are using places the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter in the junk or spam folders. Check either folder for the newsletter and mark the sender as trusted through your e-mail provider’s available options. |
| Q. | I updated my e-mail address and I don’t see a FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter in my junk or spam folders. |
| A. | If you still are having trouble receiving the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter, it’s possible the latest issue simply hasn’t been sent since you’ve changed your information. You can always check this section to check for the latest FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter release. |
| Q. | I no longer wish to receive the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter, how do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter without changing my PlayOnline.com Membership Information? |
| A. | If you’d like to unsubscribe from the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter, send a reply to newsletter@us.playonline.com from the FINAL FANTASY XI Newsletter issue in your e-mail box without changing the subject or body. We will no longer send you the FINAL FANTASY XI newsletter.
