We have also confirmed the case where they try to redirect users to suspicious website by sending an URL inside the game with a message saying that user agreement violation or billing issue has been confirmed. Please note that Square Enix representative (Game Master (GM) staff included) will never ask players to log into an external website within the game.

If you experience such a request while in-game, please report the matter to a GM immediately.
