Temporary Suspension of Automatic Mail System (Apr. 7)

Currently, the automatic electronic mail system that is responsible for sending messages when a user applies for things such as registering or unsubscribing PlayOnline accounts, purchasing, canceling, or reactivating Content IDs is experiencing an issue where it may not send messages correctly. Because of this, we have temporarily suspended the automatic e-mail service. While the issue is being investigated and repair work has begun, but we ask for your patience in this matter.

Additionally, e-mail messages for all of the above processes that occur during this outage will be sent out once the issue is resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
