Reopening of the Automatic Mail System (Apr. 7) | |

We previously were experiencing an issue where the automatic electronic mail system that is responsible for sending messages when a user applies for things such as registering or unsubscribing PlayOnline accounts, purchasing, canceling, or reactivating Content IDs might not have sent messages correctly. As these mail messages contain important information, a rigorous investigation was conducted. As a result of this investigation, we have confirmed that these messages are sending correctly. Because of this, we are reopening the automatic e-mail system. For any users who may have conducted any of the above processes during the suspension, these e-mail messages will be sent in the order they were processed.
