GM Petition Service Technical Difficulties: Follow-up 2

Previously we have announced that due to the technical difficulties users may experience delays before GM is able to answer the calls. However due to continuing technical difficulties, the GM Petition Service has become unavailable. Investigation and recovery work is underway and we hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
