Square Enix Account Recovery (Apr. 28)

During the following period, we were previously experiencing technical difficulties with the Square Enix Account management system that prevented users from using the system.

Additionally, we previously announced that this issue began at 3:03 (PDT), but we have now confirmed that the registration function for the security token was not working correctly since around 0:00 (PDT).

Currently, the recovery operations are compere and the issue has been resolved. It is now possible to once again use the Square Enix Account Management System.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.
