Current Known Issues (Aug. 8)

We have confirmed the following issue as of Aug. 8, 2013. Investigation and recovery work is currently underway. We ask for your patience in this matter until the issue is addressed. [Issue Details] - An issue wherein if a player uses the text command “/localsettings hidearmor on,” the feet graphics of other PCs does not change to the starter armor as intended (PlayStation 2 only). * While we were originally planning to implement the feature where the other PC’s equipment graphic changes to the starter gear (instead of having nothing equipped) in the future, the feature was prematurely released during the version update on Aug. 7. Instead of changing the feet graphics of other PCs to the starter armor, we have confirmed that the feet graphics currently changes into something random. Additionally, this issue is causing the processing speed of the client to slow down. We are currently working as fast as we can to address this issue. We ask for your patience in this matter until the issue is addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. * The issue was addressed during the emergency maintenance that was conducted on Aug. 8, 2013 at 10:00 (PDT).
