Recovery from Support Functions Technical Difficulties (Apr.

At the following time, we experienced technical difficulties wherein we were unable to provide customer support, both in-game and through the Support Center.

We are pleased to announce that the issue has been addressed. However, since a large number of GM calls and Support Center tickets could not be handled until now, we anticipate a longer wait time than normal until assistance can be provided.
