Regarding the Issues Occurring Since August : Follow-up

Regarding the area issues we have been experiencing since early August, we implemented temporary measures during the maintenance on Sep. 10, 2014 4:00 (PDT) to prevent area servers from crashing. Because of this temporary solution, however, when characters possessing these augmented items attempted to take certain actions (such as moving the cursor over it in the inventory, selling it, discarding it, or equipping it), this may cause the client to freeze. We confirmed that the issue is being caused by the following augmented weapons: Ninzas +2 / Leisilonu +2 / Iztaasu +2 /Crobaci +2 / Faizzeer +2 / Iclamar +2 / Iizamal +2 / Qatsunoci +2 / Kannakiri / Shichishito / Aedolt +2 / Lehbrailg +2 / Uffrat +2 / Bocluamni +2 / Hgafircian +2 / Firmament / Guisarme / Ribauldequin / Savate Fists / Vodun Mace / Dire Scythe / Yataghan / Doom Tabar / Yukitsugu / * Augmented weapons obtained before the version update on Aug. 12, 2014 are unaffected. We plan to implement temporary measures to address the client freeze issue in the coming days. We will release further details on this as more information becomes available. These measures to address the area server crashes and client crashes are only temporary and will be supplanted by more permanent solutions in the near future. We ask for your continued patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues promptly.
