Following the Aug. 2, 2004 PlayOnline version update, certain anti-virus software applications would falsely report the presence of a virus among the PlayOnline files. As the file in question is not infected, we request that users do not delete or remove it.
In the event that the file in question has already been deleted or removed, it may be necessary to reinstall the PlayOnline Viewer.
Our technical support staff is currently working to remedy the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
