Known Issue Regarding Undelivered Mog Pells (Green)

We have confirmed an issue for the currently ongoing “Idyllic Vana’diel Initiative” campaign wherein players are not receiving their Mog Pell (Green) despite fulfilling requirements to obtain one. As compensation, we will be sending 2 Mog Pells (Green) to all active characters created before Nov. 14, 2014 4:00 (PST). These will be sent starting from Nov. 14, 2014 7:15 (PST). Since it will take several days to send out all of these Mog Pells (Green), we kindly ask for your patience. * Please keep in mind that characters who perform a World Transfer before receiving their Mog Pells (Green) will not be able to receive them. We deeply apologize for this issue, and thank you for your understanding.
