Here is an update concerning the issue that occurred during Nov. 9, 2014 22:30 to Nov. 10, 2014 0:00 (PST) in which Linkshells/Pearlsacks turned into Linkpearls.
Once preparations are ready, we are planning to mail out the correct Linkshells/Pearlsacks to the Delivery Boxes of characters who were affected by this issue. Because you will not be able to accept any more new deliveries if you have more than 128 items in your Delivery Box, players who were affected by the issue should check the Delivery Boxes of their characters who were affected and make sure there is enough room to accept new mail.
We will let you know the delivery date once it is confirmed.
