Linkshell Issue Follow-up (Nov. 27) : Follow-up

Here is an update concerning the issue that occurred during Nov. 9, 2014 22:30 to Nov. 10, 2014 0:00 (PST) in which Linkshells/Pearlsacks turned into Linkpearls. For those players specifically who placed a GM call by Nov. 27, 2014 regarding this issue, preparations have now been made to mail out the correct Linkshells/Pearlsacks to their Delivery Boxes.  As of  Dec. 4, 2014 22:00 (PST), we will begin the mailing to these affected players, proceeding in the order in which their call was received. Because you will not be able to accept any more new deliveries if you have more than 128 items in your Delivery Box, players who were affected by the issue should check the Delivery Boxes of their characters who were affected and make sure there is enough room to accept new mail. As for delivery to the rest of the affected players, we apologize, but it appears some time will still be needed until confirmations and preparations for delivery can be made. We will let you know as soon as a date has been confirmed for the next batch of deliveries.
