Known Issue Regarding the Adoulin Dial (Jul. 2)

We have confirmed and are investigating an issue in the "Adoulin Dial Campaign", which began on Jul. 2, 2015 at 7:00 (PDT), wherein the  "Adoulin Dial" does not appear when using the Goblin Mystery Box.
