The correct condition is as follows: Regardless of the outcome of the first or second matches, if a team wins the third match and has the top-scoring player, they shall be awarded two match points.
In other words, if the score is 2-0, and the losing team manages to win the third match, then they can tie the game with an overall score of 2-2. However, by the same token, if the winning team wins the third match by the conditions mentioned above, then they can win with an overall score of 4-0.
