All Worlds "Chains of Promathia" Version Update (Sep. 8)
**The previous date (Sep. 9) in the title of this article was an error. Sep. 8 is the correct date.
On September 21, 2004, the FINAL FANTASY XI: Chains of Promathia expansion pack will be released.
Due to the number of new features included in this expansion, an update of the game will be required for all players (even those who do not install the expansion). This version update will be performed on the following date.
FINAL FANTASY XI will not be affected during this version update, and play will continue as normal. We will be conducting server maintenance during this version update, and some players may experience difficulties logging in to FINAL FANTASY XI until approximately 15:00. We ask that you try logging in at a different time if you encounter any difficulties.
