[Confirmed Issue] - When trading Wanted equipment augmented with "Lustreless Scale" to the NPC "A.M.A.N. Reclaimer", the augment may disappear if the trade is canceled before turning it in. *Updated Mar. 13, 2020 7:10 (PDT) The NPC “A.M.A.N. Reclaimer” at the following areas have temporarily been removed. An update will be provided when the NPCs are available again. South San d’Oria / Bastok Markets / Windurst Woods We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing. *EDIT (Apr. 3, 2020 1:15 PDT) This issue was resolved in the maintenance performed on Apr. 2, 2020 22:00 to Apr. 3, 2020 0:30 (PDT). We have returned the above NPCs back to their original places.
