Records of Eminence Reward Bug Compensation: Follow-up

We will provide the following compensation for players eligible for “Deeds” who were unable to receive special rewards due to the bug that occurred on November 10, 2025 (Mon). [Date & Time] From Nov. 16, 2025 23:00 (PST) [Players that are affected] Customers who were unable to receive "Deeds" from Records of Eminence due to a bug that occurred on November 10, 2025. [Details on eligible items for compensation] We will send players the item “Book of Deeds", which will provide 10 Deeds upon use, in quantities equal to the amount of Deeds you would have originally received from the Eminence Record. *Compensation items cannot be received if your mailbox is full.   Please make sure to clear enough space in your mailbox.
