We are currently running compatibility tests on the GeForce 8 Series, and an issue has been confirmed in Windows XP where the OS may restart when running the PlayOnline Viewer in full screen mode. If you encounter this issue, please set your PlayOnline Viewer to windowed mode. We are at the moment cooperating with the graphic card maker in an investigation regarding the cause of this issue. - How to set the PlayOnline Viewer to windowed mode. *Windows XP only 1. Start -> All Programs -> PlayOnline -> PlayOnline Viewer -> PlayOnline Viewer Config 2. Check the checkbox beside “Start in Windowed Mode” and click “OK.” 3. A “Save settings?” window will open. Click “Yes” to save the settings and close the Config file. |
