It's that time of year again, as the Blazing Buffaloes event stampedes its way into Vana'diel!

Event Period

Friday, September 15, at 1:00 a.m. (PDT) to Friday, September 30, at 7:59 a.m.

About the Event

Wild buffaloes prowl the following areas during the duration of the event. Round them up and bring them to the nearby moogles for a variety of rewards! To begin, speak to the moogles located in the corresponding areas to learn about the event.

West Ronfaure (I-6) / East Ronfaure (G-6)

North Gustaberg (L-8) / South Gustaberg (L-8)

West Sarutabaruta (J-8) / East Sarutabaruta (G-11)

Prizes

Successfully wrangling a buffalo will reward players with a special currency that can be exchanged for the following items.

The vaquero hat from last year's event will also be available!

Vaquero Hat / Buffalo Cap / Miracle Milk / Drover's Mantle / Red Sash / Drover's Belt / Dash Sash / Aldebaran Horn

Restrictions

While participating in the event, players will be unable to attack or be attacked by monsters. Changing areas or logging out will remove these restrictions.
