Starlight Celebration (12/08/2025)
The Starlight Celebration returns in 2025!
Work together with the moogles and smilebringers from each nation to deliver gifts to the children and people of the town, retrieve pilfered presents, and participate in various other activities in order to obtain a bevy of fabulous seasonal rewards.
Also, starting with this seasonal event, taking on the event again after obtaining all of the rewards from its activities and minigames enables you to earn one #FES dial key per day (Earth time) that can be used with the Gobbie Mystery Box. The #FES dial key allows you to use the Festival Dial, which contains spoils from content such as high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields.

1. Speak to the moogle.
Speak to a moogle in the following locations in order to confirm the details of the event.

2.Retrieve the presents from the goblins.
Take back the presents from the Goblin Merrymakers that are roaming around town.
* If you find yourself stuck and unable to clinch victory from the jaws of defeat, try speaking to the moogles again—they just might have some hints for you. If that doesn't work, you can also team up with a bunch of friends—the more the merrier, and the more likely you'll be able to nab some gifts!
* Afterwards, if you pass a goblin roaming the town while you are holding a present, they might steal it back.
3.Talk to the moogle while in possession of a present.
Check with the moogle to confirm the identity of the present giver.
4.Find out the present's intended recipient.
Ask the present giver about the delivery address for the present.
5.Deliver the present to its intended recipient.
Take the present to its intended recipient who can be found somewhere in town.
6.Report back to the present giver.
Return to the present giver and inform them that the present has been delivered.
7.Report back to the moogle.
Talk to the moogle again in order to claim your reward.
Minigame Locations
Clearing these minigames will grant the winner not only a new sitting emote, but also Starlight Celebration-themed items, synthesis materials for the Orchestrion furnishing, and sheet music key items!
Leaf Bench Emote
Using the Leaf Bench item will grant the bearer a key item that allows him or her to use the leaf bench emote*.
* Activate the emote with the /sitchair 9 text command.
1.Talk to a smilebringer.
Receive a Kiddie Present from the smilebringer.

2.Trade the Kiddie Present to a child.
Find a child within the area and trade the Kiddie Present to them while equipped with a dream hat or dream hat +1.
During the event period, you can use the power of dreams obtained by giving Kiddie Presents to the children to gain access to a smilebringer teleportation service that lets you warp to the Kingdom of San d’Oria, the Republic of Bastok, or the Federation of Windurst.
If you also place a San d'Orian, Bastokan, or Windurstian holiday tree in your Mog House and then hand a present to the child, a moogle may find a special something in your Mog House.
* Dream hats, San d'Orian holiday trees, Bastokan holiday trees, and Windurstian holiday trees may be purchased from the special stores set up for this event.
To learn all the details, simply talk to a friendly neighborhood smile sergeant posted at one of the locations below. The training will be available in three difficulty levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—with each offering different rewards.

Bring the gift of starlight to Vana'diel's citizens!
1.Speak to the moogle.
Speak to a moogle in the following locations to receive the presents that need to be delivered.
* The presents cannot be taken to other areas.

2.Find the NPCs specified by the moogle.
Hand over the presents to the four NPCs that the moogle mentions.
3.Report back to the moogle.
Talk to the moogle after delivering all four presents in order to claim your reward.
Deliver cards wishing good cheer to adventurers!
1.Speak to the moogle.
Talk to a moogle in the following locations to get a Cassiopeia card and check the conditions for who you should give the card to.

2.Find the adventurer specified by the moogle.
Seek out the adventurer described by the moogle and give them the Cassiopeia card.
3.Obtain a Perseus card.
Once you give the Cassiopeia card to the adventurer, have them trade it to the moogle in exchange for a Perseus card, which they can then trade back to you.
4.Give the Perseus card to the moogle.
Trade the Perseus card you obtained from the adventurer to the moogle in order to claim your reward.
The presents have each been sealed within a box...and there's only one way to get them out! Starlight Celebration-themed items and gift tokens await lucky adventurers!

* Synthesizing an ordinary snowman cap together with something snowy will produce a higher-quality frosty cap.
The festival dial is a special dial that gives you a chance to obtain rewards from high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields such as ★The Orb's Radiance and ★Divine Interference that were previously unavailable from other dials.
You need an #FES dial key in order to use the festival dial, which can be obtained by fulfilling certain conditions in each seasonal event.

The goblins have apparently made off with some of the moogles' furnishings made by the various guilds, as well as presents intended for the townspeople. Have mercy on the little fluff balls and wrest back the purloined items for the good of Vana'diel!1. Speak to the moogle.
