The Feast of Swords has descended upon the three nations once more!
Seek out the foes across Vana'diel that are equipped in Genji equipment and use your ibushi shinai to absorb their malicious aura and earn rewards.
Also, trading with the ??? while your ibushi shinai has absorbed your foes' malicious aura will let you earn up to one #FES dial key per day (Earth time) that can be used with the Gobbie Mystery Box. The #FES dial key allows you to use the Festival Dial, which contains spoils from content such as high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields.

2. Imbue your ibushi shinai with moogle magic
With the ibushi shinai equipped as your main weapon, speak with one of your friendly neighborhood moogles in one of the areas listed below.
Moogle Locations
The mysterious moogle magic will reduce your level to one and provide you with a tremendous boost in speed. During this time, you will not be attacked by any monsters that are not part of the feast. Moogle magic will dissipate if you change areas or log out.
3. Seek out the armor-thieving brigands
The thieves will do their utmost to evade your clutches, so join forces with your comrades to put a stop to their shenanigans!
4. Absorb foes' malicious auras
Foes equipped with Genji equipment will unleash terrifying weapon skills upon you, so counter them with the enchantment of your ibushi shinai at just the right moment to absorb their malicious aura!
5. Vanquish the Villains!
When the battle has been won, remove your shinai and trade it to the ??? that has appeared in place of your vanquished foe. You just might be awarded a special reward for your feats of valor! The quality of the reward may even increase depending on how much of the foes' malicious aura you absorbed.
The festival dial is a special dial that gives you a chance to obtain rewards from high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields such as ★The Orb's Radiance and ★Divine Interference that were previously unavailable from other dials.
You need an #FES dial key in order to use the festival dial, which can be obtained by fulfilling certain conditions in each seasonal event.
During The Feast of Swords event, once you have obtained all of the standard rewards,
participating in the event again and completing its activities will grant you
an #FES dial key as an additional reward. So take on the activities bit by bit each day and something good might happen!
