The settings below are available at the PlayOnline Plus pages of the PlayOnline Viewer’s Extras section.
1. Obtain a Content ID
First, obtain a character name address Content ID ($3/month) from PlayOnline Plus. You need your PlayOnline ID and password to do so.

2. Activating a Character Name Address
To activate a character name address go to PlayOnline Plus.

You must create a character in a game that supports character name addresses before you can use this service.
Changing Sender Information in PlayOnline Mail
You can switch or edit the sender information displayed in your mail. Each of your addresses can be assigned a different name.
Go to Accounts

When you compose mail, your sender information appears in the sender field in the format "Name". It appears in this format to the recipient as well.
Switching Addresses When Composing Mail
You can select what sender information or character name addresses you wish to use when composing mail.

Select Sender
