Celestial Nights is a special event born from the tale of the star-crossed lovers, Prince Yahiko and Princess Amdina. Long, long ago, a chance encounter between the pair on opposite banks of the river that divided their two kingdoms led to them falling madly in love, but their romance was not meant to be, as the young lovers perished without ever having the chance to share so much as a moment's embrace.
As a special tribute to the ill-fated lovers, two actors playing the roles of Prince Yahiko and Princess Amdina will appear in Vana'diel during the event period. Use emotes to help guide the two lovers to their destination! You can receive various items after successfully helping them pair up.
Also, you can earn up to one #FES dial key per day (Earth time) that can be used with the Gobbie Mystery Box. The #FES dial key allows you to use the Festival Dial, which contains spoils from content such as high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields.
Speak to a moogle in one of the following locations in order to confirm the details of the Celestial Nights event.

2. Help Prince Yahiko and Princess Amdina on their date
During the event, two NPCs assume the role of Prince Yahiko and Princess Amdina and attempt to go on a romantic date throughout the town. Use emotes to help them have a successful date without incident.
- Strike up a conversation!
While on the date, you can use emotes in response to Princess Amdina's thoughts in order to help liven up the conversation. Reply with /yes when the princess has a positive thought, and use /no whenever she says something negative.
- Beware of bothersome NPCs!
While on the date, an NPC will try to distract Prince Yahiko. Draw her attention with /wave before she can succeed in order to help the prince continue the performance. If the prince becomes distracted, quickly use /slap to get him back on track.
3. Talk to the couple after the date
The event will be successfully completed once the date has ended. Once the procession has ended, speak to either character to receive your reward. The date will occur several times during the event period, so take on the event multiple times in order to try and get all of the available items.
The festival dial is a special dial that gives you a chance to obtain rewards from high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields such as ★The Orb's Radiance and ★Divine Interference that were previously unavailable from other dials.
You need an #FES dial key in order to use the festival dial, which can be obtained by fulfilling certain conditions in each seasonal event.
As part of the Celestial Nights event, you can acquire the #FES dial key by completing the event again after receiving all of the available completion rewards. So take on the activities bit by bit each day and something good might happen!
