Expansion Data

In the past two years following the previous census, the add-on scenarios A Crystalline Prophecy, A Moogle Kupo d’Etat, and A Shantotto Ascension were released, as well as the battle area add-ons Vision of Abyssea, Scars of Abyssea, and Heroes of Abyssea.

The mission progression data included in this section is based only on players who have installed the respective expansion and accepted mission offers.

Let’s start out with the Rise of the Zilart, Chains of Promathia, Treasures of Aht Urhgan, and Wings of the Goddess missions.

The one thing we can say about each expansion’s mission progression is that the percentage of adventurers continuing to the very last mission is increasing. In particular, with the removal of area level restrictions, over half of the adventurers who started Chains of Promathia have completed it to the end. This is likely due to players now being able to progress through the game in smaller numbers, and also to the continued popularity of the items rewarded upon completion.
