Celestial Nights: A Backstage Romance (06/26/2012)
The myriad stars stretching across the night sky twinkle softly, wrapping the ground below in a warm, delicate light.
Moogles scurry about to and fro, pom poms bouncing as they feverishly toil to set the stage.
The time of Celestial Nights is upon us once more!
The crowning jewel of the festival is a stirring reenactment of the tale of Prince Yahiko and Princess Amdina, a ballad of love for all the ages, and this year's production spares no expense in bringing to you into the vivid scenes of amor.
Those fortunate souls chosen to portray our starry-eyed couple have been rehearsing for weeks – nay, months – to join all of Vana'diel in celebrating romance in all its forms.
Yet where fortune treads, so too does tragedy, as one of our leads from Bastok falls gravely ill just days before the performance is to take place. Keep your hearts and minds open as you read the musings of the Galka who was to have played the pivotal role of Prince Yahiko.
"Seekers of Adoulin" Site Unveiled! (06/22/2012)
Hear ye, hear ye, adventurers! Some colossal news has been announced at VanaFest 2012 today! A fifth FINAL FANTASY XI expansion pack?Seekers of Adoulin?is currently under development!
In addition, a special site has been created to give all Vana'dielian citizens a glimpse into the new jobs, lands, and other aspects of the expansion!
While today marks the grand opening of the Seekers of Adoulin page, you can expect further information to come gushing forth in the weeks and months ahead! Please check back regularly to read up on the new revelations!

VanaFest Golden Gobbiebag Giveaway! (06/19/2012)
The sneaky and stealthy goblins were able to infiltrate the FINAL FANTASY XI in-game item vaults and pilfer a ton of items right from under our noses... It turns out that it was all for a good cause because they are creating a variety of Golden Gobbiebags packed to the brim with goodies for some lucky adventurers to take home.
We have prepared a special survey based on the events and announcements of VanaFest 2012 to be posted after the event. By filling it out and answering the "Gobbie" question correctly you will be entered into a competition where you could win one of many Golden Gobbiebags, each exploding with a variety of rare in-game items!

VanaFest 2012 is drawing ever closer and we are happy to announce that we have launched our official English landing site! Adventurers looking forward to all the juicy announcements from the Development Team panels and full live coverage, need not travel any farther than this one-stop site, as it houses both the main stage and Community Team stream! We're also putting the finishing touches on a special giveaway which we can't wait to reveal to you in the coming days!
Make sure to tune in to the stream from 5:30pm (PDT) on Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23 for an event of epic proportions that you won't want to miss!

The June Version Update Is on the Horizon! (06/01/2012)
We're happy to announce that the next FINAL FANTASY XI version update is scheduled to dock in mid-June!
