The May Version Update Has Landed! (05/11/2026)
May brings with it the addition of combat skills and magic skills to the alter ego points system, increased hallmarks and badges of gallantry for certain difficulty levels in Ambuscade, and the Trust Primer has been added to the rewards available based on total hallmarks earned.
In an effort to further improve the character progression system, we plan to update the game with new features, including the ability to automatically accept objectives in the Records of Eminence, as well as new tutorial and game content objectives.

Announcing the 24th Vana'versary Nomad Mog Bonanza! (05/07/2026)
In thanks for your dedication to the world of Vana'diel, we're pleased to announce the 24th Vana'versary Nomad Mog Bonanza. Make all your dreams come true!
Once again, players are able to purchase up to two pearls!
Rank 1 prizes are awarded to players who correctly guess the three-digit number. These prizes include Mog Bonanza weapons and their associated upgrade materials, as well as the previously available ♪Bubble Crab mount.
Rank 2 prizes include Sroda equipment obtainable from the A.M.A.N. Trove, while Rank 3 features the Well furnishing, which can be used to store multiple items.

Announcing the spring "Return Home to Vana'diel and Discount Campaign" and the "Echoes of Vana'diel Discount Campaign"! (05/07/2026)
On behalf of all you adventurers coming back to the game, as well as those that are just starting out, we will be holding a "Return Home to Vana'diel & Discount Campaign" from Friday, May 15!
In addition, a special "Echoes of Vana'diel Discount Campaign" will be made available to FINAL FANTASY XIV players, offering them a discount on FINAL FANTASY XI's initial basic service fee for a limited time! This campaign is available to players who are currently playing FINAL FANTASY XIV and have yet to play FFXI, or have been away from the game.
