Prepare your planchettes, for the next version update is see to descend upon Vana'diel in mid-March!
Hot on the heels of the skull-cracking skirmishes of February come new Delve content, the long-awaited Cait Sith avatar, more relic reforging, and Campaign adjustments. If you enjoy more esoteric adventures, whet your appetites with new alter egos and ways to enjoy current ones, a command to lock your appearance even after changing equipment, changes to the fishing system, and new Records of Eminence objectives!
We'll be revealing more in the days and weeks ahead, so stay tuned for more information!
The Adventuring Primer Has Been Updated (02/18/2014)
Vana'diel is constantly changing as more and more content is added and adjustments are made. If you're an adventurer returning to Vana'diel after a hiatus, the newly expanded and updated Adventuring Primer is just the tool to help you get back into the adventure. The December and January Version Update Survey (02/18/2014)
Today we've implemented a survey for the December and January version updates and are requesting participation from adventurers all over Vana'diel!
The survey encompasses the new Trust initiative, Records of Eminence, artifact armor reforging, and all of the quality-of-life improvements that were made in both the December and January version updates. Your feedback goes a long way to help us create an even better game and we look forward to hearing from everyone.

New Seekers of Adoulin Missions to Emerge (02/17/2014)
Come the February 18 version update, the veil begins to lift on the mystery-shrouded action that descended upon Adoulin months ago. Riddles will be solved, questions will be answered, and battles will unfold as pioneers clear the way to understanding on the primordial continent of Ulbuka.
Arciela becomes slave to the winds of fate, a resplendent tiger of mountainous proportions is sighted stalking the jungle, and disaster the likes of legend is mere ilms away from befalling the Sacred City of Adoulin.
What does it all mean for Middle Landers who have arrived on the shores of this island nation and become embroiled in its civil dispute over colonization? Slip into your brawling boots and trek into the hinterland to find out!

The latest version update has made landfall! (02/17/2014)
A veritable armada of updates have reached the shores of Adoulin, including a new area and its accompanying skirmishes, exciting new Adoulin missions, relic reforging, new geomancer and rune fencer equipment, delve adjustments, new alter egos, new rune fencer abilities, and a variety of other additions and adjustments!

I Dream of Mog Bonanza 2014 Winning Numbers Announced (02/13/2014)
Hear ye, hear ye, the winning Bonanza Marbles have been chosen!
Confirm whether or not your dreams have come true this year by simply reading the message that appears upon login or by employing the /servmes (/smes) command.
Prize redemption will commence on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. (PST) and conclude on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the same hour. All one needs do to claim their rightly won bounty is speak to the Bonanza Moogle in Port San d'Oria (I-9), Port Bastok (L-8), Port Windurst (F-6), or Chocobo Circuit (H-8) while in possession of a winning Bonanza Marble.

The Season of Cherry Blossoms and My Liege of Evergreen (02/12/2014)
The Doll Festival–a Girls' Day tradition originally brought over from the Far East–has been an established springtime celebration for some time now.
Among a snowing flurry of cherry blossom petals, girls dressed in all their finery trade sweets and drink tea as they sit upon red-carpeted, tiered platforms that have been set up just for them by the Moogles.
Charming scenes like this one are what make the Doll Festival so incredibly unique.
It is said that some girls are charmed to the extent that they try preserving their memories of this day and their finery by using the latest technology from the Near East–a device that records images...
Here's to all the girls of Vana'diel!

According to the annals of history, they managed to delve fairly deep into the hinterlands of Ulbuka back then.
Though that was long before my time, before I was even born...
Still, Ulbuka is dangerous territory.

I remember often hearing those words from my mother.
Please do be careful.
After all, exorcists are the only ones who can purge the evil.
By the way, speaking of exorcists – I hear the most powerful of them, the Weatherspoon prodigy, has returned to Adoulin.
