Announcing the Next Version Update (04/27/2026)
The next version update is scheduled for mid-May.
May brings with it the addition of combat skills and magic skills to the alter ego points system, increased hallmarks and badges of gallantry for certain difficulty levels in Ambuscade, and the Trust Primer has been added to the rewards available based on total hallmarks earned.
In an effort to further improve the character progression system, we plan to update the game with new features, including the ability to automatically accept objectives in the Records of Eminence, as well as new tutorial and game content objectives.
Special Exemplar Points Upgrade Campaign (04/17/2026)
The following campaigns will commence on Friday, May 1 at 1:00 a.m. (PDT).
Be sure to take advantage of this special limited-time offer to earn extra exemplar points! This is your chance to reach those Master Levels!
Plus, the campaign has been extended due to everyone achieving 150% of the Vana'Bout - Round 8 target goal!

The Feast of Swords (04/16/2026)
The Feast of Swords has descended upon the three nations once more!
Seek out the foes across Vana'diel that are equipped in Genji equipment and use your ibushi shinai to absorb their malicious aura and earn rewards.
Also, trading with the ??? while your ibushi shinai has absorbed your foes' malicious aura will let you earn up to one #FES dial key per day (Earth time) that can be used with the Gobbie Mystery Box. The #FES dial key allows you to use the Festival Dial, which contains spoils from content such as high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields.

April brings with it an increase to Level 13 for the beastman cap in Besieged, as well as the monthly updates to Ambuscade. Also, the price of the "magical map" key items will be reduced and revisions will be made to the tutorial quests in order to help out new adventurers.
